Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Luxury Tile & Wood, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

Services Description

Luxury Tile & Wood provides professional construction and remodeling services including:

• Tile installation (ceramic, porcelain, natural stone)
• Hardwood flooring installation and refinishing
• Bathroom remodeling and renovation
• Kitchen remodeling and backsplash installation
• Related construction and remodeling services

Estimates and Contracts

All estimates provided are preliminary and subject to change based on:

• Site inspection and actual conditions
• Material selection and availability
• Scope changes requested by the client
• Unforeseen conditions discovered during work

Project details will be outlined in a written contract before work begins.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your project contract. Generally:

• Deposits may be required to secure project scheduling
• Progress payments may be due at specified milestones
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• Late payments may incur additional charges

Warranties and Guarantees

We provide warranties on our workmanship as specified in your contract:

• Installation workmanship warranty (terms vary by project)

• Warranty coverage excludes normal wear and tear
• Warranty claims must be reported promptly

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about the project
• Ensuring access to work areas as scheduled
• Removing personal belongings from work areas
• Obtaining necessary permits (unless specified otherwise)
• Making timely payments as agreed

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage as required by Iowa law.

Cancellation and Changes

Project changes and cancellations:

• Changes must be requested in writing
• Change orders may affect project timeline
• Cancellation terms will be specified in your contract
• Materials ordered may be non-refundable

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If necessary, disputes may be subject to binding arbitration under Iowa law. The prevailing party may be entitled to reasonable attorney fees.
